About

My name is Matti and I’m a Finnish guy in my early 30’s. This blog will (hopefully) document my journey of making my passion of motorcycles, photography and travel play a more prominent role in my daily life. Every motorcyclist probably dreams of getting paid to ride and travel. Outside of a select few racers, journalists and tv/movie personalities, few have succeeded in it. I’ve really no concrete idea how to accomplish this goal, but I intend to use this blog as a tool to further the process and work my way Toward The Light.

I’ve been riding motorcycles for five years now, first on a Yamaha FZ6 and for the last few years a farkled-up* Suzuki Bandit 1250. I’ve ridden a rented Triumph Speed Triple R all over Isle of Man during TT week and a BMW R1200R around Scotland. My ideal garage would have at least a dozen bikes of different styles, but my single do-it-all favourite of the moment is the new KTM Super Duke GT.
